High Precision KKR40 Single Axis Robot linear module, designed and produced by our own brand WKT, widely used in automation machinery field. High Precision KKR40 Single Axis Robot linear module consist of precision ball screw or lead screw and a Linear guideway integrated with guideway and block, servor motor. The KKR single axis robot combines both ballscrew and guideway to achieve better performance on accuracy, stiffness, rapid installation, and space saving. The optimized U-rail not only guides the movement of the slider being driven by the ball screw, but also can be used as a structural component when assembled into a multi-axis motion system.

Caratteristiche:
(1) Lead Accuracy Up to Grade C3 C5 C7 and C10 ,screws in the module have been Standardized. High precision or normal precision.
(2) High Precision KKR40 Single Axis Robot linear module are interchangeable between ground and rolled screws.
(3) Available to ship separately ball screw and ball nuts can be shipped separated ensure shortest delivery time. The ball nuts are standardized with light preload, also the preload value can be adjusted to zero or heavy.
